i think i just might...

start decorating cakes. lately i have seen so many cute cakes made and decorated by my friends that i have had an urge to try it. so last night i looked up a fondant recipe. i was kinda not excited about using fondant until i found this recipe online from a baker who was tired of gross tasting fondant, so she came up with her own new recipe and it's supposed to taste delicious! i think i'm going to make it tonight. which means i could also go ahead and bake a cake tonight. and let it cool while the icing is chilling. so..... tonight will be an adventure for me to say the least.  now i gotta get researching what kind of cake i want to make!! everyone get excited!! i'll post real pictures later, but for now some i found online for inspiration and motivation!
